Dental Surgery Suite Renovations
Total renovation of an existing space including tear down of the entire interior space and rebuild to the needs of the practice as designed by the architect and requirements of dental treatment and surgery. The place was transformed to an open plan concept and the work included all new plumbing, electrical, medical gas systems, framing, drywall, finishes and custom cabinets as per the need of each space.

Leasing office, Gym and Clubhouse - Apartment Complex
This 5,900 SF project was a total renovation with major structural changes to create an open floor plan. The space consisted of the Leasing offices, and Gym and locker room at the lower level. Other than the challenging schedule and part of the facility being occupied, it has very high end finishes and custom floor, wall and cabinet products.

NEIGHBORHOOD CLUBHOUSE AND POOL
This was a complete demolition and new construction of a 2,000 SF Clubhouse with a Junior Olympic Size Pool. Ground breaking of this project was January of 2016 and it was completed in October 2016.
MANOR GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - RESTROOM BUILDING

This is an independently standing restroom building that was strategically placed near the tennis courts and on the way for the golfers. Due to the location it made the sewer and water connection very challenging. The sewer was 300 ft long to the nearest manhole going around and across a tennis center and pro shop. The manhole connection was 12 feet deep. It is a 400 SF building with high end finishes inside and exterior finishes that blended with the existing architecture.
BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA - LAWRENCEVILLE, GA
CLUBHOUSE AND GYM
This was a Community Development Block Grant funded project which included upgrade of the entire HAVC system, electrical upgrade and exterior improvements. This project was almost entirely renovated while staying occupied.

This facility which is high end senior living was totally renovated. All interior common spaces and 62 units were remodeled while the building remained in operation at all times. The scope included all aspects of interior construction including demolition, flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. Major exterior face lift was also performed as part of the contract.

Renovation of all interior common spaces and 42 units. Approximately 40,000 SF which include all aspects of interior construction including flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, mechanical, plumbing and electrical and some exterior repairs. This property was fully occupied and the renovation was performed while entire facility was kept functional. SamT Construction did not miss any deadline and was always under budget for all phases of this project.

This is a boutique assisted living place that is being totally remodeled. All the 35 units are being renovated in phases. Most of the common areas are already complete. This is one more successful project while keeping the facility operational and all residents in their units. This has an extensive interior scope that includes plumbing, electrical, mechanical, framing, drywall, finishes and custom cabinets.

A senior living facility that was neglected by the previous ownership and was not maintained well. The new owner, a repeat client, invited us to design and renovate the entire property which is approximately 37,000 SF and has 40 living units. The facility is divided in 2 parts, assisted living and memory care. The care that is required while working around these residents is immense and liability is very high. SamT Construction has met all their deadlines and received many compliments from its residents, staff and ownership. Even though the project was 60 miles away, SamT Construction was able to maintain logistics and budget. The renovations has turned the property from a Class 'C' property to a very nice Class 'B' which allowed increased rents and faster occupancy.
