Chicken Coop for Julia & Rex
A 200 SF Chicken coop was designed for 9 chickens with a coop, run and a 16 foot tower. The tower has a metal cone roof with a weather cock at the top. A small hill was excavated and a 5 feet tall retaining wall was built to house the structure. Due to the slope towards the coop, water management was a challenge which was overcome with berms and installation of French drains. It is an exposed lumber structure with a metal roof.
Modern Basement Remodel
A 1500 SF modern basement was designed and built exactly to the needs of the client. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, entertainment area, game room, theater and a kids' art room. The walnut custom cabinetry is the center piece of the basement. The open area with a large island across the theater and the accordion doors makes it perfect for entertainment and family sports events. Glass tiled full bathroom makes it better than the master bathroom and tremendous value to the project.
Specialty Bollywood Basement
This 2,300 SF basement was specially designed with the theme of the India Movie industry, Bollywood. The open plan concept with a bar as the central focus created a great entertainment area for the numerous gatherings they planned to have. Major load bearing walls were opened and large structural beams were installed with new foundation to support the open plan. A mix of Bollywood feel and traditional design was brought into the colors and patterns throughout the basement. The exquisite workmanship adds to making this project very unique.
