Total renovation of an existing space including tear down of the entire interior space and rebuild to the needs of the practice as designed by the architect and requirements of dental treatment and surgery. The place was transformed to an open plan concept and the work included all new plumbing, electrical, medical gas systems, framing, drywall, finishes and custom cabinets as per the need of each space.
Visionary Eye Clinic of Atlanta
This was a total renovation of about 2,100 SF of space to be converted to a Eye Clinic. It has an eye gallery and retail space in the very front, 6 exam rooms and specialty rooms behind it and a lab, offices and staff area at the back. The entire space was gutted to the bones and rebuilt with very modern feel.
Healthy Steps Pediatrics
This was a design build project where 2 empty suites were combined to create a new pediatrician’s office with 10 Exam rooms, a separate sick and well waiting areas, laboratory, office space, dedicated lactation room, and consulting space. This was designed to meet a demand, on an average of, 90 patients a day. With an inviting open reception area and high windows, it is full of light.
