Pointe at Collier Hills Apartment Complex Leasing Office, Gym and Clubhouse

This 5,900 SF project was a total renovation with major structural changes to create an open floor plan. The space consisted of the Leasing offices, and Gym and locker room at the lower level. Other than the challenging schedule and part of the facility being occupied, it has very high end finishes and custom floor, wall and cabinet products.

Cameron Forest Amenity Center

A complete demolition of existing clubhouse and pool to be replaced with a new 2000 SF Clubhouse and a 96,000 gallon Junior Olympic Size Pool. The amenity center is a large common amenity area, kitchen and restrooms with showers to support the pool. 75 feet long and 38 feet wide.

Boys & Girls Club, Decatur

A Community Development Block Grant funded project which included upgrade of the entire HAVC system, electrical upgrade and exterior improvements was completed entirely while the club was operational.  The project consisted of 2 large 15 ton HVAC units, duct socks 40 feet high and underground electrical that was tied into main electrical panel.

Manor Golf and Country Club Restroom

Golf Course and Tennis Area Restrooms, Milton, GA

This is an independently standing restroom building that was strategically placed to service the tennis courts and is on the way to the first tee. It is a 400 SF building with high end finishes inside and exterior finishes that blended with the existing architecture. The strategic location and tight site conditions made the sewer and water connection very challenging. The sewer was 300 ft long to the nearest manhole going around and across a tennis center and pro shop. The manhole connection was 12 feet deep.

Gardens of Roswell Senior Living Community

Roswell, GA

Renovation of all interior common spaces and 42 units. Approximately 40,000 SF which include all aspects of interior construction including flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, mechanical, plumbing and electrical and some exterior repairs. As the property was fully occupied, SamT’s schedule centric process was employed to perform the renovation while entire facility was kept functional. SamT Construction did not miss any deadline and was always on budget for all phases of this project.
