This is a 39 acre 390 unit luxury student apartment complex. This project was made unique by a 10 acre flood plain which posed challenges during zoning, design and construction.

This high-end student community of 369 units spread over 26 acres was developed to cater to students of University of South Carolina. It has 22 buildings, 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, 5,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool.
SUMNER REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
The 7-story, $55 million hospital, built by The Robins & Morton Group, is approximately 220,000 sq. ft. and first state of the art medical facility in Sumner County, Tennessee. This medical center included 72 beds, surgical suites and labor and delivery rooms, digital radiography rooms, CT scanners, MRI room and air tube systems. This facility also has 4 floors of patient room floors including an ICU floor that used integrated patient room systems manufactured and installed by Hill Rom. It also houses an emergency department with a trauma area. It also has latest monitoring systems, computer assisted technology and it equipped for future robotic technology.
