Samir Doshi - CEO
Sami Doshi has decades of design and construction experience and an education as an architect. He excels at managing the uncertainty inherent in each project and delivering solutions that meet or surpass customer needs. “On time, on budget” is not a wish list; it’s a requisite goal to be met on every job.
His schedule-centric process pays attention to the details of a project before construction begins. As a result, his bids are far less likely to produce change orders and cost-overruns. His planning anticipates scheduling complications, avoids surprises, saves money and delivers a better outcome. His creative solutions always work toward achieving the client’s design intent.
He has led a variety of building and design projects, including a renovation of a Boys & Girls Club, buildouts of medical and dental office spaces, multifamily complexes, and clubhouses. clubhouse with Olympic-size pool.
His work experience includes leading design and engineering for $40 million multifamily projects for Dovetail Companies. While at the company he also managed creation of civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, interior drawings and specifications, including value engineering efforts to maintain under-budget construction despite tough site conditions and high-end finishes.
At Draper and Associates, a specialized construction scheduling and consulting company, Samir provided unique and comprehensive scheduling and project control services by leading consulting efforts on various health care and commercial projects. He developed and maintained Construction Schedules for projects including hospitals, office space and multifamily ranging from $12 million to $60 million.
